MADE FOR YOUR DAILY WORK

Sales

Move your sales process along one record chain instead of keeping products in one spreadsheet, quotes in email and orders somewhere else.

01

One source for product information

Define products with codes, categories, units and prices. Select quotation items from product records instead of rewriting their details for every sale.

02

Quotes with clear details

Manage quantities, prices, currencies and item details on quotes linked to a customer or contact. Documents and history make their progress easier to follow.

03

Orders that stay connected

Track sales orders with their customers and products. Move between the related quote and financial records to see both the commercial and operational sides of the sale.

FROM FIRST STEP TO FOLLOW-UP

A workflow your team can follow.

  1. Prepare products and prices.
  2. Build an itemized customer quote.
  3. Follow the order and its linked invoice.
ONE SOLUTION, CONNECTED SECTIONS

Explore what’s inside.

See each section’s role before choosing your plan. The plan comparison shows what is included and what is not.

Before you get started.

Can I work with different currencies?

Amounts are stored and displayed with their currencies. Do not treat sales in different currencies as a single comparable total; select the relevant currency when reviewing the finance screens.

Is every section available in every plan?

Module coverage varies by plan. Compare the full module tree on the pricing page. Your company administrator also controls who can view, create, edit or delete records.
