What is required to connect and message?
Availability depends on your plan and user permissions; check the current plan comparison. Meta may require business, display-name or account-sharing approval. Free-form replies follow Meta’s 24-hour customer-service window; an appropriate approved template is required outside it. The company pays Meta messaging fees through its own payment method. Full historical chat import is not guaranteed. Editing or recalling sent messages for everyone is not promised.
