MADE FOR YOUR DAILY WORK

Document Management System (DMS)

Prepare procedures and instructions in a workspace, then follow review, approval and publication. Employees access effective documents in a separate library within their permissions.

01

Document workspace

Edit Word documents on screen, save drafts and prepare new revisions. Manage the editing team within central permissions.

02

Review and approval

Define participants, completion rules and target durations in staged workflows. Follow reviews, approvals and rejections in the activity history.

03

Publication and effective revisions

Publish an approved revision through a separate publisher step or schedule it for a later date. Preserve publication notes and previous revision history.

04

Employee library

Find effective documents by code and title in a library separate from preparation. Draft changes do not alter the publication distributed to employees.

05

Distribution and reading acknowledgments

Select company users who can access a publication. Track explicit acknowledgments and reading reports per publication, without treating a view as confirmation.

06

Permissions and traceability

Separate viewing, editing, publishing and export permissions. Follow document status through activity history and emergency suspension with a required reason.

FROM FIRST STEP TO FOLLOW-UP

A workflow your team can follow.

  1. Prepare the document and select its editing team.
  2. Complete review and approval before handing it to the authorized publisher.
  3. Distribute the publication and track views separately from explicit reading acknowledgments.

Before you get started.

How does DMS differ from the Knowledge Center?

The Knowledge Center shares team knowledge and guide pages. DMS separately manages document revisions, reviews, approvals, publication, distribution and reading acknowledgments using its own document workflows. Availability depends on the company's module coverage and central user permissions.

Is every section available in every plan?

Module coverage varies by plan. Compare the full module tree on the pricing page. Your company administrator also controls who can view, create, edit or delete records.
