1. Scope
These terms govern use of the XtraCRM website and modular business software provided by Corebyte Teknoloji. Service scope depends on the subscribed plan, company rights and assigned user permissions.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate and current registration information. Keep credentials confidential, use a strong unique password and inform us promptly about a security incident. Each person must have their own user account; accounts must not be shared.
3. Acceptable use
Respect applicable law, other people's rights, personal data and intellectual property. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer it or send traffic that disrupts normal operation.
4. Plans and payments
Fees depend on the selected plan, payment period and purchased additional rights. The application shows the applicable amount before checkout. Annual prices are charged for the full annual period. Automatic renewal applies to configured recurring card subscriptions. Bank-transfer payments are managed separately. Expired or unpaid licences can restrict access until payment is confirmed.
5. Intellectual property and customer content
The software, designs, logos and other service materials belong to XtraCRM or their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, distributed or modified without written permission. You retain rights to the content you provide; it is processed to deliver, operate and secure the service.
6. Service and liability
The service is provided as is, within current technology and industry standards, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Under these terms, total liability is limited to the fees collected for the relevant subscription period; indirect and consequential losses are excluded. The existing service terms provide for restoration assistance and compensation of interruption periods in the event of data loss or interruption.
7. Suspension
Service may be suspended or ended for legal violations, overdue payments, misuse, infringement of third-party rights, security risks or suspected fraud.
8. Privacy and changes
The privacy policy forms part of these terms. Changes are published on this website; continued use after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Disputes and contact
Parties should first seek an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the existing terms designate the competent courts and enforcement offices in İzmir. Contact us with questions about these terms.
